Pert Vintage certainly has the young in mind with her vintage selections. So many adorable 1960s mini dresses! The auctions start uber cheap, and the buy it now items can fall anywhere in the Gap to Banana Republic price range. Eras cover mod to New Wave, with an emphasis on the 1980s.
