These flower peep-toes by Pan E Tulipani look like a basket of flowers perfect for any picnic or garden party. The woven shoe topped with a decorative leather flower possesses a unique kind of whimsy that just makes me smile. Sadly, the $503 price tag has me day dreaming rather than frolicking in these super cute shoes.
